I wanted to know if Norbekov's books have been translated to Eglish. I just read «Opit Duraka ili kluch k prozreniuy» and it is wonderful. I've already started the system and it is working great. Now I want to share it with my English-speaking friends. But it is sort of hard to translate in my own words, especially the essential first 200 pages.
Also, a question concerning glasses. I am about -4.5 nearsided and I can't do my everyday activities without glasses/contacts yet(eg: drive, teach classes — must see my studentsJ. How important is it to not ever put the old glasses on? — if I do it just for short periods of time during the day — will that stop my progress? My contacts/glasses are a bit weaker than my actual prescription, but when things go so quickly, I am not sure I'll be able to change prescriptions that often. Any suggestions? thank you for your help.
